Fulton County, Ga. police arrested 21-year-old Brandon Curry and 23-year-old Justin Ramey Thursday evening. The men were driving on Interstate 20, just outside Atlanta in a truck authorities believe was stolen from the Morganton area.
Both men are from Cleveland County.
Curry was serving seven to nine years for robbery with a dangerous weapon, felony breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods. He was scheduled for release in January 2015.
Ramey was serving nine to 11 months for felony breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods and various misdemeanors. He was scheduled for release in July 2010.
Authorities did not say what the latest charges stemming from the escape are or how their sentences will be affected.
