Maxwell Lee Taylor, III, 35, of 4917 Madison Drive, was in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $150,000 bond.
Taylor was arrested after Cumberland narcotics agents served search warrants at his home and at another address at 1965 John McMillan Road.
Agents seized methamphetamine as well as materials to manufacture the drug.
Taylor is charged with two counts of manufacturing, two counts of maintaining a dwelling for manufacturing a controlled substance, four counts of possession and one count of possession of methamphetamine.
