The animal can be seen on a surveillance video taken outside an Atlanta auto shop. The man and the fox tangled for several minutes, and the fox did not give up.
Walter Wilson said the fox kept leaping at him like cat. Now, Wilson will have to get rabies shots.
After the encounter, the fox tried to run into the auto shop and did not want to leave the property.
Police were called to capture the animal.
