Man robs Raleigh Wachovia bank

Raleigh police are looking for a man they say robbed a Wachovia bank at 4500 Capital Blvd. Wednesday.

Raleigh police are looking for a man they say robbed a Wachovia bank at 4500 Capital Blvd. Wednesday.

It happened around 9:15 a.m.

According to police, the suspect entered the bank and implied he had a weapon. After robbing the bank, he was last seen running away into an apartment complex behind the shopping center where the bank is located.

Authorities released a surveillance photo Wednesday afternoon showing the suspect who committed the bank robbery.

Police say the pullover worn by the suspect was described as having yellow sleeves. The suspect was also wearing a wig and a mask.
