According to warrants, Stacy Frazier is facing DWI and child abuse charges for leaving the scene of a crash on Spring Forest Road Saturday night.
Officers say his two children were in the car at the time and they were not properly strapped into their safety seats. Frazier also told officers he had two shots of rum and had taken valium.
No serious injuries were reported.
