Suspects searched by deputies, SBI in US 64 drug bust

NASHVILLE, N.C.

The traffic stop and a subsequent search took place on US 64 near the Tar River.

While suspects' 2007 Toyota 4Runner was searched, a sheriff's department K-9 indicated the presence of narcotics in the vehicle.

Officials report approximately 5,000 ecstasy pills and approximately 225 grams of marijuana were located inside the passenger side rear door panel.

Officials received tips prior to the search indicating the suspects' vehicle contained large amounts of narcotics.

Deputies also seized $238 during the search.

While Harry already had several pending trafficking ecstasy charges, he now faces additional charges of trafficking MDMA (ecstasy) by possession, trafficking MDMA by transportation, conspiracy to traffic MDMA by possession, conspiracy to traffic MDMA by transportation, felony possession of marijuana and possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.

His bond is set at $1,000,000.

Anderson's bond is $500,000 and she faces charges of trafficking MDMA by possession, trafficking MDMA by transportation, conspiracy to traffic MDMA by possession, conspiracy to traffic MDMA by transportation, felony possession of Marijuana and possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.
