Michael Pierucki, 21, and William Earl Wooten Jr., 20, are charged with statutory rape, crime against nature, and contributing to delinquency of a juvenile.
Pierucki is an airman at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.
The men were placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $100,000 secured bond pending a first court appearance.
