According to an arrest warrant, he confined and restrained the woman, moving her from one place to another against her will, and attempting to force her to have sex with him.
Price is also facing charges for assaulting another woman back in May.
According to the Department of Corrections, he was convicted of breaking and entering and kidnapping back in 2002.
