Police say 22-year-old Donte Lucas is among five people facing multiple drug-related charges associated with the bust. Lucas was arrested on March 25 for first-degree murder in the death of Raheem Williams.
Lucas made bond and was released from jail after that arrest.
On Wednesday, police charged Lucas with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, manufacturing cocaine, maintaining a dwelling, conspiracy to sell and deliver cocaine, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of marijuana.
Also arrested and charged Wednesday are 24-year-old Erica Gainey, 19-year-old Daquan Smith, 20-year-old Mario Lyons and 61-year-old Patricia Blake.
