Christopher Edward Puckett, 27, was arrested in the West End area around 2 p.m. Thursday with the assistance of a Highway Patrol helicopter. Kristie Jean Kimball, 31, was also taken into custody.
Puckett is charged with two counts of breaking and entering, two counts of larceny, two counts of possession of stolen property, and second-degree kidnapping involving his grandmother.
Kimball is also charged with two counts of breaking and entering, two counts of larceny, and two counts of possession of stolen property.
