FBI catches man wanted for 2008 robbery

RALEIGH

FBI agents arrested 26-year-old Jonathan Davis in New York last week. He has been extradited and is being held in the Wake County Jail.

Authorities say a CrimeStoppers tip assisted authorities in the arrest.

Davis was wanted for the robbery of a Wachovia bank on Six Forks Road. During that robbery, he allegedly stole $7,800 and pistol whipped a bank employee. Police also say he fired a shotgun inside the building.

His bond is set at more than $100,000.
