"Judge Rand has a distinguished record as both a Superior Court Judge and as an Assistant District Attorney," Hagan said. "I know he will serve our state well in his new role as a U.S. Attorney. I was proud to recommend Judge Rand to the President, and I am thrilled that last night the Senate unanimously confirmed him."
