Firefighters battle blaze and freezing temps

Cary Fire Chief Loren Cone said one adult and two children were inside the home when the fire started around 3:30 a.m. at 220 Norham Drive.

They were all able to get out safely.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

In addition to putting out the flames, firefighters had to deal with freezing overnight temperatures.

No one was hurt.
