January 6, 2011 9:06:17 PM PST
A bomb squad was called in Thursday after a caller reported seeing a suspicious package on a Durham street.Officials were called around 5 p.m. to Kiss Drive off East Club Boulevard after someone said a Bojangles box was chirping in the road.

The bomb squad wired-up the box and was going to detonate it, but after getting a good look at the item they deemed it wasn't a threat.

Authorities opened the box and pulled out what appeared to be a piece of cloth and found some electronics inside.

It's still unclear how the box got there.
