Police said they found cocaine and drug paraphernalia in a purse when they were serving unrelated warrants on 62-year old Betty Wiggins Williams.
Williams told officers she is the owner of Totville University Daycare in Mount Olive.
She was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $2,000 bond.
The unrelated warrants were for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive and resisting a public officer.
