Woman charged with robbing wheelchair-bound man

RALEIGH Authorities say 22-year-old Kellia Ebony Maine dragged the man out of his wheelchair and threw him on the ground before robbing him of $280 on New Year's Day.

Maine was arrested on Monday and charged with common law robbery and assault on a handicapped person.

She is currently in the Wake County jail on $200,000 bond.
