Police search for masked bank robber

Raleigh police say a man in a disguise robbed the SunTrust branch on Pleasant Valley Road Friday.

Raleigh police are looking for the man who robbed the SunTrust Bank at 4207 Pleasant Valley Rd. Friday.

The suspect entered the branch around 10:15 a.m. He allegedly announced the robbery as he entered the bank and robbed multiple tellers before fleeing the scene.

According to witnesses, he did not display a weapon nor did he imply he had a weapon. He is described as a male with a light to medium complexion. He is about 5'6" tall and weighs about 160 pounds.

The surveillance photos show him wearing dark colored clothes, a hat and a mask or scarf around his face.
