Four charged with shooting at cars

RALEIGH Police say 18-year-old Laine Worth Stover, 19-year-old Eric Schiffmiller Frender, 18-year-old Anthony Spencer Krautwald and 19-year-old Robert Mackenzie Rabon have been charged with several counts of injury to personal property and conspiracy to commit injury to property.

The charges stem from reports that the suspects shot out vehicle windows with pellet guns in several Raleigh neighborhoods between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The communities where the incidents mainly occurred were Hickory Hills, Eastgate, Quail Hollow, Hedingham, Falls River and Woodbridge.

Authorities say anyone who believes the suspects may have damaged their vehicles too, are asked to call the Raleigh Police Department at (919) 996-3335 to file a report.
