"Given the autopsy and investigative findings, it is our opinion that the cause of death in this case is non-accidental head injury," reads a report released Friday afternoon.
Jadajia Wright's father - 23-year-old Johnathan Perry - is charged with murder and felony child abuse in her death December 7.
According to a search warrant in the case, Perry told investigators the child fell off a chair.
