Authorities say the juveniles cut into a container containing commercial grade fireworks, setting some of them off. No one was injured.
Authorities arrested 16-year-old Brandon Shirey Monday. He's charged with breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, felony larceny and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
The other two teens are 14 and 15 years old, so they're identities are not being released.
