Lauren Everett-Just Avery of Knightdale is charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle and a red light violation.
Investigators say Everett was driving a box truck that that ran a stoplight and hit a pickup truck killing 63-year-old Wade Judson Harward, Jr. of Raleigh. There were no other vehicles involved.
