According to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office, a tip from the National Centers for Missing and Exploited Children led investigators to 43-year old Cecil Tyrone Hubbard of 123 Wade Stedman Road.
Deputies say a search of Hubbard's home turned up photos and videos depicting the sexual abuse of children.
Hubbard is charged with ten counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and ten counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Bond is set at $150,000.
