They say one of the men was thrown through a plate-glass window at Blalock's Barber Shop, which had nothing to do with the fight.
Both men were loaded into ambulances, but neither appeared to have serious injuries.
The man who threw the other man through the window has been charged with felony assault with intent to kill damage to property and resisting arrest.
