A search warrant filed by Wake County deputies accuses a Raleigh woman of providing alcohol to teens at her son's birthday party.

The court document says it happened Saturday at a home in the 2000 block of Upland Court.

Officers say they got an anonymous complaint about a large party with underage drinking just after 11:30 p.m. When deputies arrived, they saw numerous cars parked along the street and teens scattering when they saw patrol cars.

Deputies say they spoke with 45-year-old Gemma Stephanie Beaulieu Sigmon who told them she was having a birthday party for her 19-year-old son and denied there was any drinking going on.

But officers say they spoke with a 17-year-old and an 18-year-old outside the house who admitted to consuming alcohol in the home and playing a game of "beer pong." The search warrant states a beer pong table was set up in the backyard in plain view.

The warrant says digital photos of beer and liquor were seized at the home.

According to the Wake County Sheriff's Office, Sigmon is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and providing alcohol to a person under the age of 21.
