Man charged with raping child

CARY, N.C. Investigators say Cesario Lopez-Nava, 30, committed the crime in May, and the victim was less than 13-years-old.

He's also charged with indecent liberties with a minor.

His bond was set at $2,000,000, and he's due in court Monday.

Federal authorities have also placed Lopez-Nava on an immigration hold, while they determine if he is in the country illegally.
