Boil advisory lifted for Creedmoor

October 2, 2011 3:04:32 PM PDT
The City of Creedmoor has lifted a precautionary boil water advisory for the entire city service area.

Officials say residents no longer need to boil their water.

The advisory was issued Thursday morning after the city experienced a major break in one of their water lines.

Crews were working to repair the break and restore water pressure.

City leaders say all tests have since come back clear and the water is safe to drink.
