The robbery happened around 3:30 a.m. on October 10, at the CVS in the 500 block of Owen Drive.
Authorities said a man walked into the store, jumped the counter, pushed the clerk to the floor and stole merchandise before leaving the business.
The suspect fled the scene in a light-colored older model Dodge Neon. He is described as an African American man wearing a green jacket, black shirt and blue jeans.
Detectives are also looking to speak to a woman who arrived at the store with the suspect.
They are asking if anyone recognizes the suspect seen in surveillance photos, or has information about the crime, to call them at (910) 433-1856 or Crime Stoppers at (910) 483-TIPS (8477).
