Twenty-one-year-old John Sieglinger is facing charges of misdemeanor trespass and misdemeanor indecent exposure. Sieglinger streaked across the football field during a military ceremony at halftime of the Pirates game on Nov. 5.
After the hearing, he apologized saying he didn't realize the military was being honored at half-time.
Sieglinger has since been banned from the school's campus for life.
He's due back in court next month.
