Allegedly, Christopher Michael Anderson, an army private, solicited the victim, who is at least 16-years-old or younger, with the intentions of meeting to commit a sex act.
According to the arrest warrants, he either met or took the minor away from home and is being charged with kidnapping.
The documents say the victim was sexually assaulted.
Anderson was taken to the Wake County Jail and was given a secured $50,000 bond.
