Cardinal Gibbons High School to expand

A Raleigh high school is about to get a lot bigger. Cardinal Gibbons High School will break ground on a $15.5 million dollar expansion and renovation project next month.

It will equip the school with more classrooms, athletics and arts facilities, and a new entrance.

The plan will increase the size of the college prep school by 67,000 square feet.
