ABC11 Meteorologist Don "Big Weather" Schwenneker says the rumble of thunder is possible as storms move through the area.

"The big story will be the wind," Schwenneker said. "Sustained winds will be out of the South from 15-20 mph, but gusts could go as high as 35 mph."

Temperatures are expected to top out in the low 60s.

Schwenneker says the skies will clear out quickly as night falls and temperatures fall to the mid-30s for overnight lows.

On Wednesday, cooler air will be sticking around and highs will only in the low 50s.

"Thursday looks like a nice day with sunshine," Schwenneker said. "Friday could bring more clouds as another dry front moves through."
