Bond for Thomas Lee Green was set at $3 million.
Green was released from prison just six months ago. According to records, he has a laundry list of past convictions ranging from DWI to larceny.
He's now charged with first-degree sex offense with a child, indecent liberties with a child, and sexual battery.
Investigators said Green's alleged victim told a relative about the abuse and the relative contacted authorities.
