DURHAM --
Durham Police are seeking help to locate a man wanted in connection with a robbery and shooting at a convenience store. Police say a man entered the Family Fare BP on Durham-Chapel Hill Boulevard Monday around 4:30 p.m. The man wearing a dark hood and a white T-shirt over his face demanded money from the employee. The suspect then shot the employee in the arm and fled with a cash register.
Police describe the suspect as a black male, approximately 6 feet tall and 185 pounds.
The employee was treated for the gunshot wound at Duke University Hospital and released.
Anyone with information is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 683-1200.
