Catina Martell, 37, turned herself in to Fayetteville Police Friday. Police said the charges are in connection with incidents that occurred between Aug. 10, 2011 and Sept. 18, 2011.
Martell faces seven counts of sexual offense with a child, six counts of second degree sexual offense, six counts of felony child abuse of a sexual act, six counts of first degree sexual exploitation of a minor, six counts of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor, and six counts of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
She is currently being held on a $4.75 million bond at the Cumberland County Detention Center.
