CAT drivers agree to strike if needed

RALEIGH

Negotiations begin Thursday between the bus driver union and the City of Raleigh.

The union tells ABC11 that they don't want to hurt the public but they want fairness. It says, after more than a year and a half with no pay raises, something needs to change.

The union says the city has outsourced its bus service management out of state and that's part of the problem.
