Cline's request to remove Hudson dismissed

DURHAM

Like in her three previous attempts, Cline's request to have Hudson disqualified from presiding over a hearing was denied.

Cline wanted Hudson removed from a case involving accusations by a Texas man who claims his stepfather molested him 30 years ago in Durham.

A judge ruled Friday that Cline did not show evidence proving Hudson was biased in the case.

Cline maintains that Hudson abused his power as a judge and is biased against her.

Hudson denies any wrongdoing.
