The crash, involving three vehicles, happened around 11 a.m. at the intersection of Kildaire Farm Road and Travilah Oaks Lane.
Officials said that three people were taken to the hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.
Witnesses told police a dark-colored, full-size SUV traveling south on Kildaire Farm Road appeared to hit another vehicle traveling southbound, which caused it to lose control and cross the center turn lane into the another vehicle.
