(RALEIGH) A Raleigh man is behind bars accused of peeping on customers at a tanning salon.

It happened twice this week at the Planet Beach tanning salon in Brier Creek.

The owner said Monday night a suspicious customer told them that Patrick Martinson was watching them from a tanning booth next to hers.

Martinson returned three days later. Workers recognized him and were able to catch him in the act. The tanning salon owner says the 31 year old used his own tanning bed as a step to peep over the wall at another customer.

Police arrested Martinson on the scene. He was charged with two sexual offenses of being a peeping tom.

The tanning salon's owner tells ABC11 that Martinson's membership has been canceled and he's been permanently banned from the premises.
