Creedmoor Road bank robbed

Police investigated a bank robbery in Raleigh's Stonehenge section Tuesday.

It happened around 4 p.m. at the SunTrust branch in the 7300 block of Creedmoor Road near Howard Road.

The suspect was described as a slender white male in his 50s to 60s who stood about 5 foot 8 inches tall.

He was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and cap.

No one was injured in the robbery. The suspect never showed a weapon.
