It happened around 9 p.m. at a home on Dun Loring Drive near Matherly Drive.
Fire officials told ABC11 that part of the rear of the home collapsed.
Crews had to shuttle water into the fire scene because of a lack of fire hydrants in the area.
No injuries were reported.
