Officials said 33-year-old Terry Marshall is responsible for at least six hit and runs inside Fayetteville city limits and two additional accidents outside the city.
Property damage was reported in each of the collisions, but only minor injuries were reported.
Marshall has been charged with numerous traffic offenses including DWI and at least six counts of hit and run.
The Highway Patrol is investigating the two accidents outside city limits.
