Police said the first shooting happened on Hyde Park Avenue near the intersection of Elmo Street around 8:30 p.m.
Witnesses said one man was shot and taken to the hospital.
Investigators said they have not identified a suspect, nor do they have any details on what may have led up to the shooting.
The second shooting happened around 9:30 p.m. when one person was shot near the intersection of Rosedale Avenue and Morehead Avenue.
Investigators have not released further details about that shooting.
