The case began in February when Raleigh Police Department detective Jason Brandon Hoyle, 34, was charged with promoting and participating in the prostitution of a minor in Fayetteville.
Also arrested was 17-year-old Tiara Michelle Bradshaw, of the 800 Block of Durwood Dr, Fayetteville. Police described Hoyle as Bradshaw's client.
Bradshaw was charged with misdemeanor solicitation for prostitution.
Now, 21-year-old Deonte Jaquan Lovick Booker, also of Durwood Dr., is charged with promoting and participating in the prostitution of a minor.
Hoyle has been employed by the Raleigh Police Department since October 2000 and is assigned to the Detective Division as a sergeant.
Booker's bond was set at $2,500.
