Briggnette Lynette McDonald was arrested Friday after detectives said the 52-year-old got into an argument with passing bicyclists while she was pushing a 2-year-old in a stroller.
They said McDonald allegedly left the child in the stroller in the middle of Crystal Springs Road, while she yelled at the bicyclists.
McDonald was released from the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $1,000 bond, however, authorities said more charges are expected.
