Some "Occupy" protesters were arrested after occupying a foreclosed home in Raleigh.

About 15 protesters demonstrated outside and inside the house on Pebble Meadow Lane.

The homeowners have been evicted but protest organizers say the foreclosure was illegal.

Raleigh police moved in and arrested seven of the protesters around 2:15 p.m. They were: Charles Ian Hancock, Maureen Elaine Kessler, Rafael Estrada Maya, Christopher Stella, Elizabeth Zykowski, Rachel Powell, and Margaret Schucker.

Just before 7 p.m., police arrested two others, Kurt Zehnder and Ryan Thompson.

All nine were charged with trespassing.
