The festival, which is being held at Festival Park, features over 100 arts and crafts, and food vendors as well as fun activities for the whole family.
The Dogwood Festival features local as well as national musicians throughout the weekend.
Admission is free.
The festival runs noon to 10 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
There are free shuttle services for the event.
