Autopsies: Methadone killed two women in Durham Co.

DURHAM COUNTY, N.C.

The bodies of 37-year-old Wendi Lou Chase and 58-year-old Donna Lloyd were found by a friend inside a home in the 100 block of Quail Roost Farm Road in late February.

Chase, was a former staff assistant at the Duke School of Medicine.

Lloyd was due in court in March for lying to investigators about methadone pills she had allegedly given to a Roxboro man.
