Two men with shirts over their heads walk into the Diamonds and Gold jewelry store in the Millstone Shopping Center around 12:30 p.m. Monday. Both were armed with hammers.
Police said the men threatened people inside the store with the hammers and then broke the glass cases.
The owner then ran to the back to grab his gun and that's when the suspects ran out.
Police said the suspects sped off, but crashed a short distance away and then fled.
One suspect, 30-year-old Stanley Sims Jr., turned himself in Tuesday afternoon.
Two other suspects, including the get-away driver, remain at large.
