Police searching for car in Amber Alert

Goldsboro authorities are looking for a car in connection with an Amber Alert that was issued for a 16-year-old boy who was reportedly abducted Wednesday.

According to police, Kennedy Fitzgerald McLaurin was last seen Sunday, Sept. 9. Officers began investigating a missing person's report for McLaurin on Tuesday.

They said they got information that McLaurin was abducted from the 700 block of Bain Street in the Woodcrest Housing Community and forced into a late model 1990s bluish/grey 4-door Oldsmobile by three or four unknown men.

McLaurin is described as 5 foot 9 inches tall, 135 pounds, black hair, brown eyes and dark skinned. Both of Kennedy's ears are pierced and he has a tattoo of the initial "K" on his left hand.
