Another NCSU student finds strange man in her bed

RALEIGH

Investigators said it happened on the second floor of Tucker Hall around 6 a.m. The student was not touched or hurt in any way.

Police said the incident was not related to another one off-campus Friday where two students awoke to find a man in bed with them and rubbing their legs in their home on Chamberlain Street.

The man fled on foot. Neither student was hurt.

In both incidents, police say the men got in through unlocked doors. They remind people to lock their doors and be aware of their surroundings.

In the off-campus incident, Raleigh police said they have investigated several cases involving a person who matches the suspect's description in 2011. All of the incidents happened in the neighborhoods north of Hillsborough Street. All were off campus.

The suspect in Friday's incident is described as a black male, approximately 6 feet tall, muscular build, dark complexion with a short afro. He was wearing a dark colored t-shirt and jeans.

Anyone with information related to the case is urged to call police at (919) 829-1911.
